Three Holes

It's pretty money how they do this -- a hole in the back for the camera, two in front for the tools. They stitched up the labrum, which is the tendon (tendon?) that holds the shoulder in the socket. Afterwards I asked the doc about how it looked when he went in -- he said it was real good that we had this surgery (we had talked about doing reconstructive surgery, and opted for the smaller fix first), evidently the tear was real big. If you picture the labrum holding in the shoulder in place like a clock, the tear went from 12 to 6. So I had that going for me, which is nice.
